Camembert, Apple and Ham Croque Ingredients
  • Président Camembert sliced
  • French bread sliced
  • Green apple thinly sliced
  • Ham sliced
  • Arugula
Camembert, Apple and Ham Croque Directions
  1. Spread butter on one side of two slices of French bread.
  2. Arrange Président Camembert cheese, apple slices, ham and arugula on bread.
  3. Grill the sandwich, flipping to each side, until golden brown.
Baked Almond Crusted Manchego Wedges Ingredients
  • Président Manchego Cheese sliced into wedges
  • 1/4 cup Flour
  • 1/4 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp Ground Almonds
  • Olive Oil
Baked Almond Crusted Manchego Wedges Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Season flour with garlic powder and salt/pepper.
  3. Scramble egg with a dash of water.
  4. Mix breadcrumbs and ground almond.
  5. Dredge cheese wedges first in flour mixture, then in egg wash and finally in breadcrumbs. Lay wedges on baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Bake for 5 to 7 minutes, until coating is golden brown and cheese is softened.
Brie, Bacon and Agave Ingredients
  • Président Brie
  • 2-3 Slices Bacon
  • Agave

  1. Cook bacon until crisp.
  2. Slice Président Brie.
  3. Crumble bacon onto Brie.
  4. Top with a generous slathering of agave.
Brie and Pear Roll Ups Ingredients
  • Président Brie Log sliced into rounds
  • Pear sliced
  • Crescent roll dough
Brie and Pear Roll Ups Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Unroll the crescent rolls and fill with Brie and pear at the large end of the dough.
  3. Roll up the dough beginning from the large end.
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
