6Ingredients
- 1 wheel of Président® Brie 8oz
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp chopped walnuts
- 2 tbsp chopped pistachios
- 2 tbsp fresh cranberries
- ½ small apple, finely diced
- 1 baguette, sliced and toasted for serving
Instructions
- Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet in a single layer. Brush lightly with olive oil or melted butter. Bake at 350°F for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crisp. For extra crunch, broil for the last 30–60 seconds but watch closely.
- Keep the oven at 350ºF. Lightly score the top rind in a criss-cross pattern but do not cut all the way through and keep the rind on. Place the brie on a small cast-iron skillet.
- In a small bowl, mix together the honey, walnuts, pistachios, cranberries, and diced apple.
- Spoon the topping mixture over the brie.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until the brie is soft and gooey. Serve immediately with warm toasted baguette slices.
