Ingredients
  • 1 wheel Président® Brie (8oz)
  • 1 large apple (Honeycrisp or Gala), diced finely
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg
  • 2 tbsp honey, for drizzle
  • ¼ cup chopped pistachios for garnish
  • Crostini, for serving
Instructions
  1. Preheat the grill or smoker to 350°F.
  2. Place a cast-iron skillet on the grates to preheat.
  3. Dice the apple into small pieces and toss well to coat with brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  4. Melt butter in the skillet, then add the seasoned diced apples.
  5. Cook for 5–6 minutes until softened and caramelized.
  6. Slide apples to the sides of the skillet and place Brie in the center.
  7. Warm for 10-12 minutes until softened and melty.
  8. Remove from heat, and add a drizzle of honey and crushed pistachios. Serve with crostini and enjoy!
