
Summer Fruit Grilled Brie Skillet
This simple yet elevated recipe is designed for easy, beautiful outdoor cooking! Président® Brie is scored in a crosshatch pattern and gently grilled in a greased cast iron skillet.
Add sliced summer fruits like peaches and strawberries—or any seasonal fruit–to the pan alongside walnuts, butter and honey. Once the Brie is soft and the fruit starts to warm, everything is finished with a drizzle of extra honey and fresh thyme.

- 1 wheel Président® Brie 8 oz
- 2 ripe peaches, thinly sliced
- 6-8 fresh strawberries, halved or quartered
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- ⅓ cup of walnuts, chopped
- Honey, for drizzling
- Fresh thyme sprigs
- Baguette, sliced (lightly grilled optional)
Instructions
- Prep the Brie: Score the top of the brie in a crosshatch pattern.
- Place in Skillet: Add the Brie to a lightly greased 8–10 inch cast iron skillet and place directly onto a preheated grill. Close the lid and let it warm for about 5–7 minutes, until soft and melty.
- Add Fruit & Nuts: Place peach slices and strawberries around the Brie in the skillet. Add chopped walnuts, drizzle with brown butter and honey. Close the lid again for another 2-3 minutes to warm the fruit and meld the flavors.
- Finish with Extra Honey & Thyme: Drizzle the entire skillet with honey and top with fresh thyme sprigs.
- Enjoy with Baguette: Serve with baguette slices. Dip and enjoy.
