1 package Président® Gourmet Pairings™ Blue Cheese with Caramelized Onions
2 lb Ground Beef
2 whole Cloves Garlic Minced
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
1/2 tsp Cracked Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Dried Thyme Leaves
2 tsp Dijon Mustard
1 package Brioche Slider Buns
1 package Microgreens or Bibb Lettuce
In a medium bowl, gently mix beef with garlic, salt, pepper, thyme, and mustard with your hands, taking care not to compress the ingredients. Let sit for 10 minutes in refrigerator, covered.
To make sliders all the same size so that they cook evenly, use a food scale to make 16, 2-ounce portions. Use hands to roll each portion into a rough ball, then flatten in between palms, to about 1/2 inch thick.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat (or a grill). Cook burgers in the hot skillet for 3 minutes, until they have a browned crust. Flip burgers and cook 2-3 minutes on other side. Remove burgers to a plate to rest for 2 minutes. Burgers should be slightly pink in the middle.
Spread 1 teaspoon of Président® Gourmet Pairings™ Blue Cheese with Caramelized Onions on bottom half of bun, top with burger, microgreens. Spread 1 teaspoon caramelized onion on top half of bun and put on top of microgreens. Serve.
