1 package Président® Gourmet Pairings™ Feta With Roasted Red Pepper
1 whole Cauliflower Head Cut Into Large Florets
1 whole Broccoli Head Cut Into Large Florets
4 tbsp Olive Oil Divided
1 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt Divided
2 tbsp Za'atar Seasoning Divided
1/2 whole Lemon Juiced
1 whole Lemon Zested
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Put cauliflower in one large bowl, and broccoli in another.
To each bowl, add 2 tablespoons olive oil, 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt, and 1 tablespoon za’atar seasoning. Toss each bowl to coat the vegetables evenly.
Spread vegetables on two separate sheet pans, large enough so veggies aren’t crowded. Bake for 20 minutes, until just lightly crisp and browned. (You want them to still have some texture, rather than be over-baked.) Remove pans from oven.
Let cool for 5 minutes, then squeeze lemon juice over each tray, and zest of lemon over each. Toss individually.
Put on a large plate and serve with Président® Gourmet Pairings™ Feta With Red Roasted Pepper for dipping.
