Loaded Pub Cheese® Stadium Nachos

These loaded sheet pan nachos are piled high with seasoned chorizo, fresh toppings, and creamy dollops of Président® Aged White Cheddar Pub Cheese® baked right into every layer. Perfect for game day, movie night, or anytime a bag of chips deserves a serious upgrade.

Ingredient
  • 1 large bag sturdy tortilla chips
  • 1 cup container Président® Aged White Cheddar Pub Cheese®, divided
  • 1 cup pound cooked chorizo or seasoned ground beef
  • 1/2 cup red or black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup corn kernels
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup sliced pickled jalapeños
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish
  • Guacamole and salsa, for serving
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a large sheet pan or baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Spread half of the tortilla chips on the pan. Dollop half of the Président® Aged White Cheddar Pub Cheese® over the chips and bake for 5 minutes until cheddar is slightly melted. Use an offset spatula to spread the Pub Cheese® throughout.
  3. Add the remaining chips and repeat with the remaining Pub Cheese®, and sprinkle on the ground chorizo, beans, and corn.
  4. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the shredded cheese is melted and the Pub Cheese® is warm and creamy.
  5. Remove from the oven and immediately top with the diced tomatoes, red onion, jalapeños, green onions, and cilantro.
  6. Serve immediately with guacamole and salsa alongside for the ultimate game-day snack.
