Dating back to the 12th century, Comté is a cow’s milk, hard-pressed cheese regarded for its nutty flavor and subtly sweet finish. We age our Comté in cellars for 6 months to bring out its complex flavors. It’s a unique cheese to taste on its own or pair with nuts, fruits and dryer wines.
