Hot Honey Pear, Pistachio, and Prosciutto Baked Brie

Ingredients
  • 1 wheel of Président® Brie 8oz
  • Thinly sliced pears
  • Prosciutto slices, halved
  • 1-2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1-2 tbsp hot honey, plus extra for drizzling
  • Crushed pistachios, for topping
  • Dash of black pepper, to garnish
  • Crostini, to serve
Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Lightly score the top of the brie in a crosshatch pattern and place it in a cast-iron skillet.
  3. Lay halved prosciutto slices on top of the brie, then arrange the thin pear slices on top, alternating and overlapping in a circular fan pattern.
  4. Brush everything with a thin layer of olive oil mixed with hot honey.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes until the brie is soft and melty, but not soupy.
  6. Remove from the oven and drizzle with a bit of extra hot honey. Sprinkle crushed pistachios on top.
  7. Serve warm with crostini.
