Hot Honey Pear, Pistachio, and Prosciutto Baked Brie

- 1 wheel of Président® Brie 8oz
- Thinly sliced pears
- Prosciutto slices, halved
- 1-2 tbsp olive oil
- 1-2 tbsp hot honey, plus extra for drizzling
- Crushed pistachios, for topping
- Dash of black pepper, to garnish
- Crostini, to serve
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Lightly score the top of the brie in a crosshatch pattern and place it in a cast-iron skillet.
- Lay halved prosciutto slices on top of the brie, then arrange the thin pear slices on top, alternating and overlapping in a circular fan pattern.
- Brush everything with a thin layer of olive oil mixed with hot honey.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes until the brie is soft and melty, but not soupy.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle with a bit of extra hot honey. Sprinkle crushed pistachios on top.
- Serve warm with crostini.
