
Whipped Feta Cups
A creamy whipped feta using Président® Feta Crumbles. Layered with blistered tomatoes and served alongside toasted bagel pieces. Serve up in coupe glasses or party cups for an elegant touch. This will be the talk of any get together!

- 1 cup chopped up cherry tomatoes
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- 6 oz Président® Feta Crumbles
- Pepper
- Chili flakes (optional)
- ½ tsp lemon juice (optional)
- Toasted bagel pieces
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375º F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread out your halved cherry tomatoes on the baking sheet and drizzle with 2 tbsp olive oil and some salt. Make sure they are evenly coated.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- While they bake, add Président® Feta cheese to a food processor and slowly drizzle in your olive oil as you blend it on low.
- Blend to desired consistency (low and slow is the name of the game here).
- Add a tbsp of water if needed to help blend it into a creamy consistency.
- Taste and add in salt, pepper, chili flakes or lemon juice as needed to flavor the whipped feta.
- Serve the whipped feta into cups or coupe glasses and top with the blistered tomatoes and toasted bagel pieces.
