Grilled Président Brie with Pistachios & Honey
Président Brie Cheese is incredibly versatile for any occasion, from grilled to charcuterie boards. For a quick mouthwatering masterpiece: simply grill Brie, top it with seasonal fruit, pistachios, and honey. Something so delicious in just 10 minutes.

- 1 package of Président® Brie (8oz)
- 1 apple, sliced
- ¼ cup pistachios, unshelled
- 2 tbsp honey, for drizzling
- Salt, to taste
- Crostinis, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the Grill: Set your grill to 350°F.
- Prepare the Brie: Score the top of the Brie in a crosshatch pattern.
- Place in Skillet: Add the Brie to a lightly greased 8–10-inch cast iron skillet and place directly onto a preheated grill. Close the lid and let it warm for about 5–7 minutes, until soft and melty.
- Add Seasonal Fruits and Nuts: Place apple slices and pistachios around the Brie in the skillet. Close the lid again and warm for another 2–3 minutes to warm the fruit and meld the flavors.
- Finish with Extra Honey: Drizzle generously the entire skillet with honey.
- Serve and Enjoy: Serve warm with crostini for dipping. Enjoy!
