The cherry thyme jam:
  • 1 cup Cherries Pitted
  • 3 whole Sprigs of thyme
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 pinch Pectin
Président® Coeur De Brie Charcuterie Board
  1. Make the jam: Preheat oven to 400. Add pitted cherries to a cocotte or small baking dish. Add lemon, sugar and pectin. Stir and bake for about 20 min. Remove, stir and bake for another 20. Set aside and let cook. Jam will thicken.
  2. Meanwhile, melt butter in a small pan. Roughly chop hazelnuts and add. Drizzle with honey and cook for about 3 min. Transfer to parchment paper and let cool.
  3. Place President® Coeur de Brie in the center of your cheese board. Arrange berries, apples, meats and grapes around it. Top brie with jam and thyme for garnish. Sprinkle honey butter nuts around it.
The honey butter hazelnuts:
  • 1/2 cup Hazelnuts
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Hot or regular honey
Remaining Items
  • 1 package Raspberries
  • 1 whole Pomegranate
  • Meat of choice (This has prosciutto and salami)
  • 1 package Strawberries
  • 1 whole Apple
  • Herbs for garnish (sage, rosemary etc.)
  • 1 package Grapes
