Feta & Olive Stuffed French Baguette

A classic French baguette stuffed with blistered olives and Président® Feta Crumbles for the ultimate appetizer! Perfect to serve up as a side dish for your next brunch party.

Ingredients
  • 1 French baguette or loaf
  • 3 eggs
  • Sour cream
  • Salt & pepper
  • Chopped chives
  • 1 cup olives cut in half
  • 6 oz Président® Feta Crumbles
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
  1. Heat oven to 350º F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut a V shape into the French baguette and remove any excess bread to create a “boat”. Don’t cut all the way to the bottom of the baguette but just enough to stuff it.
  3. Whisk together your eggs, sour cream, salt, pepper & chives.
  4. Add the olives & Président® Feta Crumbles in the middle of the baguette loaf.
  5. Pour on the egg mixture in the middle of the baguette.
  6. Brush on the melted butter to the crust of the bread.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes.
  8. Out of the oven, cut and serve right away!
