Quick & Easy Whipped Feta & Veggie Pool Sandwich
  • 1 package Président® Feta Crumbles
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Parsley for serving
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 2 whole Persian cucumber
  • 1 whole Fresh tomato
  • 4 whole Romaine lettuce leaves
  • 4 Slices of wheat bread
  • 8 oz Tzatziki
Quick & Easy Whipped Feta & Veggie Pool Sandwich
  1. In a food process or immersion blender, add feta, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, lemon zest, olive oil. Blend until smooth
  2. Add parsley and blend until combined – set aside
  3. Prep vegetables by slicing thinly using a sharp knife of mandolin
  4. Lightly toast 4 pieces of wheat bread
  5. On one half add large scoop of whipped feta. On other half add large scoop of tzatziki
  6. Layer sliced tomato, cucumber, and lettuce on one half of bread
  7. Top with other half of bread – cut in half and enjoy!
