1Pool Sandwich with Grilled Pineapple and Président® Brie
- 1 whole Roll or your favorite bread
- 1 package Président® Brie
- 2 whole Slices deli ham
- 1 whole Pineapple
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
Pool Sandwich with Grilled Pineapple and Président® Brie
- Carefully cut the rind off of your pineapple and cut out the core - you want to keep the flesh of the pineapple intact. Alternatively, you can buy a pre-peeled and cored pineapple.
- Slice the pineapple in ¼ - ½ inch slices
- Grill slices for a few minutes on each side until grill lines form and the slices are warmed through - set aside
- Slice roll in half and drizzle the insides with olive oil and a light sprinkle of garlic powder
- Add thin slices of Président® Brie on each side - air-fry, grill, or broil for a few minutes until cheese is starting to melt
- Remove from heat and add a layer of ham and pineapple
- Slice sandwich in half and enjoy!
