- Pretzilla® Garlic & Herb Hamburger Bun
- Chicken patty
- Caramelized onions
- Grilled mushrooms
- Arugula
- Truffle aioli
Instructions
- Toast the Buns: Lightly toast the Pretzilla® Garlic & Herb Buns in a skillet or oven until golden brown and slightly crisp on the edges.
- Cook the Chicken Patties: Grill or pan-sear the chicken patties until fully cooked and golden on the outside (internal temp should reach 165°F). Set aside to rest.
- Prep the Veggies: If not already done, caramelize onions low and slow in olive oil, and grill mushrooms until browned and tender.
- Assemble the Burgers: Generously spread 2 tablespoons of Rondelé® Garlic & Herbs on the bottom bun. Add the chicken patty. Top with caramelized onions, grilled mushrooms, a small handful of arugula, and a drizzle of truffle aioli. Finish with the top bun.
