Strawberry Mousse

Easy, airy and light three-ingredient dessert. Made with fresh strawberries, sugar and heavy cream, it’s the most refreshing, fruity, creamy dessert for summer. Topped With Président® Extra Creamy Whipped Crème.

Strawberry Mousse
  • 4 cups Strawberries
  • 2/3 cup Sugar
  • 2 cups Cold heavy whipping cream
Strawberry Mousse
  1. Wash and dry strawberries and blend until smooth.
  2. Remove ¾ cup of the strawberry purée from the blender and pour into the bottom of the mousse jars. Divide equally between jars.
  3. Beat heavy whipping cream at high speed for 4 minutes.
  4. Fold in the remaining strawberry purée into the whipped cream mixture.
  5. Pipe or spoon the mousse into jars.
  6. Top with Président® Whipped Crème and enjoy. You may also store in the fridge for a thicker consistency and enjoy later.
