Grilled Président Brie with Pistachios & Honey

Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted in a skillet
  • 1 package of Président® Brie (8oz)
  • ¼ cup pistachios, unshelled
  • 2 tbsp honey, for drizzling
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Crostinis, for serving
Directions
  1. Preheat grill to 350ºF.
  2. Add butter in the skillet over the grill and bring to melt.
  3. Grill Brie on medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add pistachios to the skillet until warm and toasted.
  5. Drizzle honey over the melty Brie and toasted pistachios. Add salt and pepper, to taste.
  6. Serve atop a trivet with crostinis for dipping and enjoy!
