Pub Cheese® by Président® Mini-Frittatas
These mini-frittatas are perfect for a brunch plate or as a finger-food at the appetizer table. Pub Cheese by Président complements the fluffy texture of eggs and subtle spice of mustard. So simple and oh-so delicious.

- Vegetable Oil Spray
- 8 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 tsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- 5 tbsp rondelé® by Président® Pub Cheese
- Fresh Chives
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Spray mini-muffin pans with cooking spray.
- Blend eggs, milk, mustard, salt, and pepper and pour into muffin cups, about ¾ full.
- Drop ½ teaspoon of rondelé® by Président® Pub Cheese into each cup and bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until puffed and set.
- Serve warm or chilled, garnished with chives.
