- 1 Sharp Cheddar Pub Cheese®
- 1 Cheddar & Port Wine Pub Cheese®
- 1 Cheddar & Jalapeño Pub Cheese®
- 2 whole chicken Sausages sauteed and sliced
- 3 oz cornichons
- 4 whole celery Stalks sliced
- 3 whole persian cucumbers sliced
- 8-10 whole soft pretzel bites
- 3 oz hard pretzels
- 4 sprigs of thyme/fresh marjoram to garnish
That Pub Cheese Snack Board
- Over medium-high heat, saute sliced chicken sausage until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Spoon Pub Cheese® into three 4 oz bowls on the serving tray.
- Arrange chicken sausage down the center of the board, weaving through the pub cheese bowls.
- Add cornichons, celery, and cucumbers to create “produce ponds” around the plate.
- Fill in the gaps with soft and hard pretzels.
- Garnish with thyme and marjoram.
