Spicy Cheese Chicken Garlic Rolls

Spicy Cheese Chicken Garlic Rolls
  • 1 package Président® Sharp Cheddar Pub Cheese®
  • 1 package of Hawaiian Rolls
  • 2 whole chicken breasts
  • 2 whole heads of garlic roasted
  • 2 cups butter softened
  • 1 jalapeño diced
  • 1 oz parsley chopped
  • 2 tsp paprika to taste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder to taste
  • 1 tsp of olive oil
Spicy Cheese Chicken Garlic Rolls
  1. Tenderize the chicken breasts.
  2. Cook in pan with olive oil until cooked through, let cool.
  3. Shred the chicken breasts by hand or with electric whisk, place in bowl.
  4. Add Président® Sharp Cheddar Pub Cheese®, paprika, garlic powder, and chopped jalapeños to chicken, mix thoroughly.
  5. Cut the Hawaiian rolls slab in half and place in baking dish.
  6. Spread a layer of Président® Sharp Cheddar Pub Cheese® on the rolls, add the chicken mixture on top.
  7. Place the top half of the rolls back onto the bottom half.
  8. Combine the roasted garlic, parsley, and butter.
  9. Brush the butter mixture on top of the buns.
  10. Broil at 350ºF just long enough for the top of the bun to get toasted/slightly browned.
  11. Remove from the oven, let sit for 5 minutes, enjoy.
