Rondelé® Bruschetta With Fig, Walnut, & Thyme
  • 8 Slices of French baguette or Italian rustic bread
  • 1 package Rondelé® Garlic & Herbs
  • 16-18 Fresh figs sliced (or substitute with a dollop of fig jam)
  • 1/2 cup Walnuts finely chopped and toasted
  • Thyme sprigs
  • Honey, for drizzling
Rondelé® Bruschetta With Fig, Walnut, & Thyme
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 F. Lightly spread a little olive oil on top of each bread slice and bake for 5 minutes, until slightly golden.
  2. Generously spread each bread slice with 2 tsp of rondele cheese. Add fresh fig slices on top, sprinkle with chopped toasted walnuts, fresh thyme leaves and finish with honey drizzle.
