  • 4 Potatoes
  • 1/4 cup Skim Milk
  • 1/4 cup rondelé® by Président® Light Garlic & Herbs Gourmet Spread
  • 4 Scallions chopped
  • Salt and Pepper
  1. Peel and quarter the potatoes, and add to a large pot of water. Cover and boil for 15 minutes.
  2. Drain the potatoes and place in a food processor with the milk and rondelé cheese. Blend until smooth
  3. Top with scallions, and season to taste with salt and pepper.
