- 4 Potatoes
- 1/4 cup Skim Milk
- 1/4 cup rondelé® by Président® Light Garlic & Herbs Gourmet Spread
- 4 Scallions chopped
- Salt and Pepper
- Peel and quarter the potatoes, and add to a large pot of water. Cover and boil for 15 minutes.
- Drain the potatoes and place in a food processor with the milk and rondelé cheese. Blend until smooth
- Top with scallions, and season to taste with salt and pepper.
