rondelé® by Président® with Whole Wheat Penne & Caramelized Onions
Whole-wheat penne is combined with caramelized onions, shredded chicken and tomato. A dab of rondelé Light Garlic & Herbs Gourmet Cheese Spread tops it off with a rich, creamy flavor.

- 4 oz rondelé® by Président® Light Garlic & Herbs Gourmet Cheese Spread
- 1 Red Onion thinly sliced
- 8 oz Whole Wheat Penne
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil (Extra Virgin)
- 1/4 Chopped Basil thinly sliced
- 3 Roma Tomato
- 8 oz Chicken shredded
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Spray pan with cooking spray and add onions. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and cook until golden brown, about 8 minutes.
- Transfer caramelized onions to a large bowl.
- Meanwhile, cook pasta in a large pot of boiling water, until tender but still firm, stirring occasionally. Drain.
- Add pasta to onions, along with chicken, tomatoes, and basil.
- Season with salt and pepper and toss with 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil.
- Top with spoonfuls of rondelé® by Président® Light Garlic & Herbs and serve.
