Ingredients
  • 4 oz rondelé® by Président® Light Garlic & Herbs Gourmet Cheese Spread
  • 1 Red Onion thinly sliced
  • 8 oz Whole Wheat Penne
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil (Extra Virgin)
  • 1/4 Chopped Basil thinly sliced
  • 3 Roma Tomato
  • 8 oz Chicken shredded
Directions
  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Spray pan with cooking spray and add onions. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and cook until golden brown, about 8 minutes.
  2. Transfer caramelized onions to a large bowl.
  3. Meanwhile, cook pasta in a large pot of boiling water, until tender but still firm, stirring occasionally. Drain.
  4. Add pasta to onions, along with chicken, tomatoes, and basil.
  5. Season with salt and pepper and toss with 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil.
  6. Top with spoonfuls of rondelé® by Président® Light Garlic & Herbs and serve.
