That Pub Cheese Snack Board
  • 1 Sharp Cheddar Pub Cheese®
  • 1 Cheddar & Port Wine Pub Cheese®
  • 1 Cheddar & Jalapeño Pub Cheese®
  • 2 whole chicken Sausages sauteed and sliced
  • 3 oz cornichons
  • 4 whole celery Stalks sliced
  • 3 whole persian cucumbers sliced
  • 8-10 whole soft pretzel bites
  • 3 oz hard pretzels
  • 4 sprigs of thyme/fresh marjoram to garnish
That Pub Cheese Snack Board
  1. Over medium-high heat, saute sliced chicken sausage until browned, about 5 minutes.
  2. Spoon Pub Cheese® into three 4 oz bowls on the serving tray.
  3. Arrange chicken sausage down the center of the board, weaving through the pub cheese bowls.
  4. Add cornichons, celery, and cucumbers to create “produce ponds” around the plate.
  5. Fill in the gaps with soft and hard pretzels.
  6. Garnish with thyme and marjoram.
