Chickpea Salad with Mediterranean Herbed Feta Crumbles

- 6 oz Président® Herbed Feta Crumbled with Mediterranean Herbs
- 1 Can Chickpeas drained
- 1 Jar Roasted Red Peppers
- 3 Green Onions
- 1/4 cup Fresh Chopped Dill
- Juice of One Lemon
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- Place drained chickpeas in a serving dish.
- Slice the onions and the roasted red peppers into thin strips and mix with the chickpeas.
- Whisk the lemon juice, honey, cumin and oil
- Add dressing to the salad.
- Add the President® Herbed Feta Crumbled and green onions.
- Sprinkle with dill.
