Garlic Parmesan Buffalo Wings with Feta Ranch Dip

- 2 tbsp fresh chives
- 1 tbsp fresh dill
- 1 package 6oz Président® Feta Crumbles
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 and 1 tsp garlic powder, divided
- 1/2 cup KRAFT® Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 2 lb chicken wings, split at joints, tips removed
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup Buffalo wing sauce
Instructions
- Chop chives and dill. Add to food processor along with Président® Feta cheese, sour cream, buttermilk and 1/2 tsp. garlic powder. Blend until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Heat oven to 425°F.
- Place wire rack on baking sheet. In a large bowl, mix 1/3 cup Parmesan, baking powder, onion powder and remaining garlic powder until blended. Coat wings with baking powder mixture; place in single layer on wire rack.
- Bake 35 to 40 min. or until wings are done, turning after 20 min.
- Melt butter with wing sauce in small saucepan over low heat; stir until blended. Add cooked wings to large bowl; pour sauce over wings and toss to coat. Top with remaining Parmesan.
- Serve wings with reserved Président® Feta ranch dip.
