Brie on Garlic Bread
Never underestimate the delicious simplicity of bread and cheese. Président® Brie is melted on a layer of garlic and baguette. This classic creation is ideal for an impromptu gathering or a gourmet afternoon snack.

- 1 French Baguette Bread
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 2 Cloves Garlic minced
- 7 oz Président® Brie
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Slice baguette in half lengthwise and apply a thin layer of butter to each half, and cover with garlic.
- Slice the Président® Brie in 1/4 inch slivers, and place evenly on top of bread.
- Bake on baking sheet until cheese is melted, 10 to 15 minutes.
- Serve in two-inch pieces.
