Pool Sandwich with Grilled Pineapple and Président® Brie
  • 1 whole Roll or your favorite bread
  • 1 package Président® Brie
  • 2 whole Slices deli ham
  • 1 whole Pineapple
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
Pool Sandwich with Grilled Pineapple and Président® Brie
  1. Carefully cut the rind off of your pineapple and cut out the core - you want to keep the flesh of the pineapple intact. Alternatively, you can buy a pre-peeled and cored pineapple.
  2. Slice the pineapple in ¼ - ½ inch slices
  3. Grill slices for a few minutes on each side until grill lines form and the slices are warmed through - set aside
  4. Slice roll in half and drizzle the insides with olive oil and a light sprinkle of garlic powder
  5. Add thin slices of Président® Brie on each side - air-fry, grill, or broil for a few minutes until cheese is starting to melt
  6. Remove from heat and add a layer of ham and pineapple
  7. Slice sandwich in half and enjoy!
