  • 8 oz Président ® Brie
  • 1/4 cup Orange marmalade
Spicy and Sweet Président ® Baked Brie With Hot Honey and Orange Marmalade
  1. To make the hot honey: in a small pot, add the honey, apple cider vinegar and red pepper flakes. Gently warm over medium heat. Do not boil. Allow the honey to cool down and strain through a fine mesh. Set aside.
  2. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. Alternatively, use a small 6-inch cast iron skillet or pie pan.
  3. Unwrap brie cheese and place onto the prepared pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until center is melted. Check with a toothpick.
  4. Remove from the oven and use the parchment paper to transfer the brie to a serving plate (or leave it in a cast iron skillet for serving). Top cheese with orange marmalade and hot honey.
  5. Serve immediately with baguette or crackers.

  • 1/2 tsp Apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp Red pepper flakes
