Grilled Mini Sweet Peppers with Feta Cubes
Vibrant, mini sweet peppers are charred, adding a smoky depth to their natural sweetness. These bite-sized delights are topped with creamy, tangy marinated feta cubes, offering a delightful contrast in both flavor and texture. It’s served with a side of refreshing Feta Tzatziki and grilled naan or pita.

6Marinated Feta
- 1 block (8 oz) or 1/2 lb of Président® Feta Chunk, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
- 5 garlic cloves, sliced
- 1 lemon rind
- 1/2 cup fresh herbs (thyme & oregano sprigs, chopped basil)
- Black pepper and chili flakes
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- To make the feta, arrange the feta, garlic, lemon rind, herbs, black pepper, and chili flakes in a large glass jar. Drizzle over the honey, then pour over the olive oil. Let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes or refrigerate for up to 1 week.
- To make the tzatziki, combine the feta, 1/4 cup yogurt, garlic, and lemon juice in a blender and blend until creamy. Stir in 1/3 cup more yogurt, the cucumbers, and a pinch of salt and red pepper flakes. Spoon into a small jar or bowl for serving.
- To make the peppers, preheat the grill or grill pan to high.
- In a large bowl, toss the peppers with olive oil, thyme, salt, and pepper. Grill the peppers until softened and charred, 4 minutes per side. Remove from the grill and arrange on a serving plate or a white serving board.
- Spoon over the feta and oil. Let everything sit for 10 minutes. Serve with Tzatziki and grilled pita or naan.
Feta Tzatziki
- 1 block (8 oz) or 1/2 lb of Président® Feta Chunk
- 1/4 cup + 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt, separated
- 2 cloves garlic grated
- Juice from 1 lemon
- 1-2 Persian cucumbers, shredded
- Kosher salt
- Red pepper flakes

- 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
- For serving: Tzatziki sauce, pita or naan
