Fried Feta Salad
A delightful blend of leafy greens and fresh herbs, paired with quick-pickled onions and heirloom tomatoes, all crowned with cheesy and salty crispy air-fried feta bites.

4Fried Feta Bites Ingredients
- 8 oz block Président® Feta Chunk
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup plain Italian breadcrumbs, split 3/4 and 1/4 cups
- 3/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
- Avocado or canola spray oil
Fried Feta Bites Instructions
- Cut the feta into 1-inch cubes and place them in the freezer for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 390°F. Set up a dredging station with one bowl of beaten eggs, one bowl with ¾ cup of Italian breadcrumbs, and one bowl with ¾ cup of panko breadcrumbs mixed with ¼ cup of Italian breadcrumbs.
- Dredge the feta bites in the egg, followed by the Italian breadcrumbs, and then the panko mixture. Generously spray with avocado or canola oil.
- Place the bites in the air fryer and cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Leafy Greens Salad Ingredients
- 1/2 medium red onion, sliced thin
- 1 lemon
- Salt
- 1 head of red leaf or green leaf lettuce
- 1/4 cup dill, stems discarded
- 1/4 cup cilantro, stems discarded
- 1/4 cup mint, stems discarded
- 1 large heirloom tomato, cut in large chunks
Leafy Greens Salad Instructions
- While the feta is chilling, place the sliced onions in a bowl with the lemon juice and two pinches of salt. Mix to coat. Cover the bowl and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- While the bites are cooking, assemble the salad. In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, pickled onions, herbs, and tomatoes. Break the feta bites into bite- sized pieces.
Lemon Vinaigrette Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 medium lemon, juiced
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Fresh cracked pepper
Lemon Vinaigrette Instructions
- Combine the dressing ingredients.
- Dress the salad and serve immediately.
