Pasta Ingredients
  • 10 oz Rotini pasta
  • 8 oz Président® Pub Cheese® Sharp Cheddar
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup pasta water
Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of water to boil. Season with salt and add pasta. Cook per package instructions until al dente.
  2. In a large pan over medium heat, add Pub Cheese® and butter. Stir to combine and melt. Then add pasta water and whisk to combine. Add cooked pasta and mix. Best served hot.
  3. In a large pan over medium heat, combine chili crisp and breadcrumbs together. Cook for 5-8 minutes until toasted and golden. Sprinkle over mac and cheese with scallions for garnish.

  • 2 tsp chili crisp oil
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • Scallions, for garnish
