- 10 jalapeños
- 1 Sharp Cheddar Pub Cheese® spread by Président®
- Eggs
- Breadcrumbs
- Flour
- Bacon bits
- Frying oil
Instructions
- Add frying oil into a large pot and heat to 365.
- Cut the top off each jalapeño and carefully remove seeds / inner walls.
- In a bowl, add the Pub Cheese® and bacon bits together, mix well.
- Transfer contents to an icing bag.
- Fill each hollowed jalapeño with the mix using an icing bag.
- Dredge jalapeños in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs.
- Fry until golden brown.
- Remove from oil and let cool for 5 minutes.
